Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the website of HELP SOCIETY. We hereby disclose our policy regarding the refund and cancellation of donations received for social causes through the payment gateway:

• No refund or cancellation requests for donated amounts will be entertained for online donations made through the payment gateway. Cash refunds will not be provided. • If any in-kind support is received from donors, the materials will be distributed to the neediest communities. • Once a donation is received for a cause, it will not be refunded to the donor, and no cancellations will be accepted. Donations will be utilized for community development, children’s education, or women’s empowerment.
